Overview
Students will study and fully understand the Anesthetic Concepts necessary to safely and confidently administer Nitrous Oxide to a dental patient. You will start by learning about the gases Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen, assessing the patient, preparing the patient, understanding the basic pharmacology of the gases, along with the systems used to administer the gases to a patient.
Our course is accepted by Dental Boards and can provide the student with 14 hours of ADA/CERP continuing education credit.

Accepted by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE)

Please note that this course requires at least fourteen (14) hours of personal study time per State Dental Board requirements.

2. Download all nine PDF modules.
3. Study at your own pace. You complete the lectures at your own pace. No pressure to finish by a certain time.
4. Email, text, or call us with any questions regarding the class materials. We want you to understand the materials!
5. Set up an appointment with Dr. Schwartz for Part 2.
6. Set up a convenient final examination date .
7. Simple!
